What runs on its own
What the system does without anyone remembering to do it
It does not build anything. It handles four things that otherwise depend on someone remembering.

The compliance calendar flags before it lapses
Every statutory item on your site carries its own due date. A PF return, a scaffolding tag, a cess challan, a consent renewal. The register raises it while there is still time to act.

The weekly report goes out on a fixed day
Photographs, the week's note and any test result that landed are gathered and sent on the same day each week, in good weeks and bad weeks.

Test results are filed against the pour
A cube result is filed against the pour reference it came from, so two years later a slab can be traced back to the day it was cast and the cube test taken from it.

Committed against actual is counted, project by project
Every stage records the date agreed at signing and the date it actually closed. That is how the committed against actual figure gets built. It will be published here once there is enough of it to be worth reading.

It does not make slow work fast. But it shows you a slow week in that same week.
It does not replace a site visit. Please visit. The tracker covers the weeks you cannot come.
It works only if the data is true. Our site engineer enters the actual date of every casting. That part depends on us, not on the software.
