How we check the work, on every project
We do the checks during construction and hand over the records to you.
Every stage has a price and a date
Scope and rates are fixed in writing before we start. You always know what is next and what it costs.
Weekly progress report
Every week you get a report with site photos. If any date is slipping, we tell you the same week.
Material checked on site
Slump, sieve and mix checks are done on site before the material is used. No waiting for an outside lab.
Labour paid on time
Workers are paid on the fixed date. Accommodation, toilets and age checks are part of every site.
Same handover file on every project
Test records, completion documents and warranties, in the same format for a plant or an apartment project.

Drug inspectors check a pharma plant for years after it is built
Inspectors come back years later. They check the floors, the wall joints and the records we kept during construction. So we work to that level from day one. Factories, commercial buildings and builder projects get the same discipline.
Suri Ayyapa Reddy set up Ganadhip Projects in 2018. It carries on the construction business his family started in 1996 under the late Sri M.V. Krishna Reddy. The engineers, the equipment and the clients came across with it.

We visit the site, write down the scope and give you a stage-wise estimate.

Stages priced and dated
Every stage gets a price and a date before work starts. You always know what is next and what it costs.

Built, tested and reported
Every concrete casting is cube tested in our own lab. You get a weekly report with photos, in good weeks and bad weeks.

Handover
Completion documents, test records and warranties, in one file, in the same format on every job.

01Pharma-level work means a higher rate?
No. Cement, steel and labour cost the same for everybody. The difference is, our quality team tests the material and gives you the reports.
02Have you built residential projects?
Yes. Our team has built residential buildings from 1996. What we have not done yet is our own project for sale. When we do, House of Investors will handle the sales.
03Your company is registered only in 2018?
Yes, Ganadhip Projects was registered in 2018. It continues the family business started in 1996, with the same engineers and equipment.
04Why no photos of your own work?
Our client agreements do not allow site photos on a website. But we can take you to a running site.
05Someone else is quoting less per sft
Ask them for their concrete test reports and labour records. Compare those, not only the rate.
06What size of project do you take?
From a single factory shed to a mid-rise apartment block. Tell us the scope and we will tell you if it fits us.
07How do I know you will not stop the work halfway?
Visit any site we are running now. Talk to the engineers and workers there, without us around.
