She started on our sites. She studied in the US. Now she is back to run the company.
From 2020 to 2023, she worked with us as Project Coordinator. She made standard formats for approvals, and approvals started moving one-third faster. After that, she did her M.S. in Project Management from Northeastern University, Boston, and worked with a US software company.
Now she is in Hyderabad and runs Ganadhip full-time. Our project, quality, purchase and accounts teams report to her. She reviews every site every week.

He started in sales at 19, going district to district across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana with a team of 35 people. Later, he handled marketing for brands in Europe, the US and the Middle East. At NEOM, Saudi Arabia, he brought a food company's yearly marketing spend down from around ₹100 crore to ₹16 crore.
Now he is CMO of House of Investors, who will sell our projects.

Suri Ayyapa Reddy set up Ganadhip Projects in 2018. It carries on the construction business his family started in 1996 under the late Sri M.V. Krishna Reddy. The engineers, the equipment and the clients came across with it.
Pharma work shaped this company. A drug plant is inspected for years after it is built, so every floor, wall joint and record has to hold up. We follow the same standard in factories, commercial buildings, roads and builder projects.
Today, the next generation runs the company. Mahiswitha Reddy Suri is our Head of Operations. Nikhil Reddy, our Fractional CMO, handles marketing and sales.
A pharma project head cannot know if a construction company will keep the date until it is too late. A builder cannot check every slab on every floor. A landowner cannot know if the construction will finish.
All of them want certainty. So we do the checking and give them the proof: the test report, the stage date, the bill and the compliance record.

Our machines are our own and our crews are on our rolls. So we decide the start date, not a rental yard. If we cannot meet a date, we say no at the start.
