Approvals, utility connections and documents go through your project manager, so you always know whom to call.
The photos on this website are stock photos. Our client agreements do not allow us to publish site photos. But we can take you to a running site to see the work.

01Can I develop my land in Hyderabad while living abroad?
Yes. We handle approvals and construction, House of Investors handles sales, and you get weekly photos, video and a fixed video call with the site engineer.
02Do I need to sign a power of attorney?
No power of attorney is signed before the terms are settled and written down.
03Does my family need to supervise the work?
No. We report to you directly. Family members can be copied on every update if you want.
